Loaf of Ael'kisa

The so-called "Loaf of Ael'kisa" is a bread that originated in what is now modern Lakash. Owing to its main ingredient - the spicier fruit of the Jilpone Plant, the bread is noted for its heat, which tends to build upon further eating. Accordingly, it is named after the epic hero of the Rab'ka, who was legendary in his ability to eat the fruit of the plant.
