Topher Fentonbury
Topher Fentonbury is the world's most notorious Mad Political Scientist. His rise to infamy began with an unsanctioned experiment that resulted in the merger of England and Croatia into the hybrid country Croagland. Shortly thereafter, he replicated his method, creating Norsweden (home of world famous beat poet Arnis Radis). A long series of reckless political scientific plans ensued, sowing geographical and geopolitical confusion for over a decade, before Fentonbury was finally defeated and subdued at the hands of his chief rival Dr. Axil Frost.
