Human Diaspora Theory

The Human Diaspora Theory - a theory reasonably common among planets of the Pentalog - proposes to explain the remarkable genetic and cultural similarity of human races found throughout the galaxy.

The Claim

The theory asserts that while humanity could only have evolved on Earth over the course of millions of years, at some point within the last 10,000 years a fraction of humanity was forcibly removed from Earth and brought to other planets by a highly advanced alien civilization. This therefore accounts for the fact that all human civilizations thus far encountered in the galaxy have similar characteristics, as well as the fact that human remains on all planets but Earth only go back 10,000 years.

Lack of Evidence

However, there is little to no hard evidence supporting this theory. No advanced civilizations of a non-hominid nature have been encountered, and additionally there have been no archaeological finds on any worlds that have indicated the existence of non-human technology.
