Inventor of the Freezerwave. Killed Axil Frost in a duel.
Dr. Dover himself died from exposure as his body core temperature dropped to 12 degrees Fahrenheit, 1.45 seconds after his discovery causing him to be frozen solid.
His still frozen body his on display at the Greater Oakland Museum of Technology and Mysticality. He maintained year-round at 29 degrees.
Sometimes goes by "Ben."
