Taciturban
The Taciturban is customarily worn by two completely distinct sets of people. The large majority of wearers live in Southwest Asia, although if asked they would say they prefer to "Live in Silence." However, there is a small minority of wearers who are fans of silly hats and 2nd century Roman Historians.
