The Home Herring Channel is a television network which purports to air only programs about fish, but is in fact about something different altogether. Experts disagree as to what that may be exactly, but all concur that the channel is nonetheless a remarkable distraction. The Home Herring Channel is a wholly owned subsidiary of Faux Network and boasts the tagline "All Herring, All the Time!"
