Happy fez!
As one of the few emotive hats blessed with punctuation, the happy fez! is much sought-after by grammarians and copy editors. Traditionally worn two sizes too small so as to perch nattily atop one's head, the body of the fez is usually made from soaked and molded (in both senses) Archie Comics, while the tassel is formed from shoulder braid stolen from military uniforms.
Although there is no formal requirement for wearing a happy fez!, those who don one while noticeably not happy are often beaten to death with their own shoes.
